Rich & Creamy Mushroom Soup

A rich, velvety wild mushroom velouté, slow-cooked with vegetables, cognac, and a touch of cream. Served with toasted brioche croutons.

Roasted Butternut Squash and Chestnut Soup

A silky blend of roasted butternut squash, chestnut, and thyme, finished with a touch of almond cream and crispy sage. Served with toasted sourdough.

Potted Shrimp

Classic potted shrimp served with sourdough bread.

Seasoned Roast Turkey / Slow Roasted Beef Sirloin

Both are served with a selection of roast potatoes,

Pigs & blankets braised red cabbage, Brussel sprouts, maple roasted carrots & parsnips, Yorkshire pudding, and topped off with a red wine gravy.

Rye Bay Sea Bream Fillet

East Sussex fish, drizzled in champagne & chive sauce, served with parmesan potato cake and a tomato Concassé.

Spiced Pumpkin Wellington

Spiced pumpkin, sauteed with a walnut and herb filling, wrapped in vegan puff pastry. Served along with roast beets, maple-glazed carrots, and celeriac puree.

Traditional Boozy Christmas Pudding

A loving array of dried fruit, breadcrumbs, sugar, and spice bound together with a splash of rum and served with a brandy custard sauce.

Dark Belgian Chocolate Brownie

A Chocolate & Pecan Brownie served with vanilla ice cream & topped with a caramel drizzle.

Vegan Tiramisu

Layered Italian vegan sponge marinated overnight in (coffee bread) topped with a velvety soft filling dusted with dark coco and severed with fresh berries.

Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request when booking. To secure your table, we require a £10 non-refundable deposit per person, which will be deducted from your final bill on the day.

What if I have an allergy?

If you or any of your party have an allergy, please inform the staff when booking. We will be able to adapt the meal of your choice for you or inform you of what is allergy-safe. Further, we would appreciate it if you could remind a member of staff of your allergy when you arrive for your meal to ensure that it is catered for.
